Refund Policy
We want you to love your Nordew order. You have strong rights under EU law, and we add a goodwill window on top.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distansavtalslagen, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
- To exercise this right, send a clear statement to hello@nordew.com before the 14 days expire. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
- You then return the goods to us without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw.
- You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
- We refund all payments received from you, including the standard (least expensive) outbound shipping you paid, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof you have returned them).
- You are only liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — trying on glasses or a mask is fine.

Our voluntary 30-day return (goodwill)
On top of your statutory rights, we offer an additional return window of 30 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns.
- Email hello@nordew.com with your order number and reason, and we'll confirm the return address within 2 business days.
- Items should be in original condition with packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, sleep masks and glasses returned under this voluntary policy should be unworn with seals intact. This hygiene condition does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal above, under which you may return items you have tried on.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to hello@nordew.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Prices include VAT
All prices include EU VAT, collected at checkout and remitted via our IOSS registration — you won't be asked to pay additional VAT on delivery.
Complaints & dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at hello@nordew.com and we'll do our best to resolve it. Swedish consumers may also refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se.
