Where we ship from
Our products are designed in Stockholm and dispatched from our overseas fulfilment partner (in China). Every order is tracked door to door.
Cost
- Free shipping on orders over 299 kr (Sweden and EU).
- Under 299 kr: a small flat rate is shown at checkout.
- All prices include EU VAT, collected at checkout and remitted via our IOSS registration — you won't be asked to pay additional VAT on delivery.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days in total (processing plus tracked shipping), depending on destination. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Delays
