Free shipping on orders over 299 kr (Sweden and EU).
Our products are designed in Stockholm and dispatched from our overseas fulfilment partner. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with total delivery of 5–12 business days (processing plus tracked shipping).

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
All prices include EU VAT, collected at checkout and remitted via our IOSS registration — you won't be asked to pay additional VAT on delivery.
Returns
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Swedish law, plus an additional 30-day goodwill return window on top.
- Email hello@nordew.com with your order number to start a return.
- Under the 14-day statutory right you may return items you have tried on; under the voluntary 30-day window, items should be unworn with seals intact for hygiene reasons.
- We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
