Shipping policy

We ship across Sweden and the European Union. Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Processing & delivery time

Items we hold in stock in Sweden are usually dispatched within one business day and arrive in 2–3 business days with PostNord. Items marked as made to order are processed within 1–3 business days and then take 6–14 business days depending on country: Sweden 7–14, fast EU countries such as Germany 6–12, other EU countries 8–14. Which of the two applies is shown on the product page, and the exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Every order is tracked door to door.

Fulfilment

Part of our range is held in stock in Sweden and shipped by us with PostNord. Everything else is shipped by our fulfilment partner outside the EU. The product page shows which applies before you order.

Taxes & duties

All prices include VAT, collected at checkout. Orders shipped from our stock in Sweden are sold with Swedish VAT included. Orders shipped by our fulfilment partner are imported with import VAT settled by the partner at the point of sale. Either way you won't be asked to pay additional VAT or customs fees on delivery within the EU.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email hello@nordew.com and we'll track it down and make it right. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel for a full refund.
