These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nordew online store at nordew.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Products

Our eyewear and sleep accessories are wellness and comfort products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in your local currency and include EU VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery times, return rights, and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal plus a voluntary 30-day return window.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Nordew or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
